HAY Crate Side table red

The HAY Crate table has been given a new life thanks to the Rietveld Originals x HAY collaboration. The Dutch architect and designer Gerrit Rietveld originally designed the Crate product family back in 1934, when the idea of ​​using extra wooden shipping boxes was born. Respecting this original idea and design, the new launch of the Crate side table still shows the same precisely balanced proportions, unapologetic structure, respect for the material and minimization of production costs.

The square HAY Crate side table has two overlapping levels and four sturdy legs. The designer's characteristic architectural style is reflected in the design of the table, offering practicality and functionality at the same time. Made of solid pine, the Crate Side table is suitable next to an armchair or on its own where more counter space is needed.

HAY – sustainable and creative solutions

HAY was founded in 2002 and already in the same year it had a furniture collection.
