We mainly use Posti and Matkahuolto as delivery methods. If the size of the products causes restrictions, we reserve the right to use other transport methods. Some products are delivered in multiple shippings.
Products in stock are sent within two working days at the latest, but often already on the same day. Shipments usually arrive in 1-2 days via Posti and Matkahuolto.
All orders over 99 euros are delivered free of charge to the customer at a Posti or Matkahuolto pick-up point.
For shipments under 99 euros, a shipping fee of €5.99 is added. Pickup is always free from either Nivala's warehouse or Kokkola's store. Pickup is possible during service hours or by arrangement. For pick-up orders, we pack the order ready, so this is the easiest and cheapest delivery method for those who live nearby.
For some products, either Posti or Posti and Matkahuolto pick-up points have been excluded due to the large size or weight of the product.
Packages are delivered to your home for an additional fee of €10. If necessary, you can order carry-in from our sales laatukaluste@laatukaluste.com

If you are ordering outside of Finland, standard shipping fee is 29,90 euros. If you have large products in your order, you can use XL delivery shipping method or contact us so we can provide the best solution for you: laatukaluste@laatukaluste.com
