Returns

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days without any special reasons. The price of the returned product will be refunded within 14 days at the latest. The refund is made the same way the order was placed.

Return conditions

Please remember that the product you return must be in its original condition, unused and in the original product packaging. The original product packaging must also be intact, without any markings, address card or, for example, duck tape. Products that are made according to the customer's dimensions or colors do not have the right to return. Fabrics that have been ordered cut to size do not have the right to return. If the return is missing some parts or is damaged for reasons attributable to the customer, we will withhold part of the product's value as compensation.

If the product has a manufacturing defect or is otherwise unsuitable, please let us know if you want a new product instead or a refund.

When returning the product as a customer return, we pay the shipping costs from the Matkahuolto or Posti office to us. A possible pick-up from home by the transport company is chargeable and must be agreed upon separately. For returns, use the same shipping company that you used to receive the products. For packages left uncollected from Posti and Matkahuolto, we will deduct a shipping fee of €15 (as of March 1, 2022) in connection with the refund. Fail to collect is not the same as canceling the order.

If the campaign benefit or free shipping that may have been received after the return is no longer applied to the remaining products, this will be taken into account when making a refund. Possible extras paid for delivery are not refunded, e.g. home delivery €10 or delivery fee €5.99.

Shipments damaged in transit

Sometimes it can happen that, despite careful packaging, packages can be damaged during transport. That's why it's a good idea to check its condition in the presence of a postman when picking up the package. If the package is damaged in transit and if the ordered product(s) are also damaged, file a damage report at the post office immediately. After that, contact our customer service to arrange the delivery of a new product.


Return via Posti

1. Returning with the Helposti code

Order a return code at posti.fi/palautapaketti by entering the shipping code (code beginning with JJFI). Return the package to any Posti machine or Posti according to the instructions you received.

2. Returning without a Helposti code

You can return the shipment free of charge via Posti's service point. Please indicate our return code when returning 632047 / Nivalan Laatukaluste Oy.


Return via Matkahuolto

Return the package to the Matkahuolto office (also pick-up points) and indicate the Laatukaluste return code when returning it: 9530146 / Nivalan Laatukaluste Oy. There are no shipping costs for returns.
