We primarily use Posti and Matkahuolto as our delivery methods. However, if the size of the products causes restrictions, we reserve the right to use other shipping methods. Some products are delivered in parts.
Delivery Time
Items in stock are shipped within two business days, often on the same day. Shipments usually arrive within 1-2 days via Posti and Matkahuolto.
Free Shipping All
shipments over 99 euros are delivered to the customer's chosen Posti or Matkahuolto pick-up point free of charge.
For shipments under 99 euros, a delivery fee of 5.99 € is added. Pick-up is always free either from our warehouse in Nivala or our store in Kokkola. Pick-up is available during service hours or by appointment. For pick-up orders, we pre-pack the order, making it the most convenient and cost-effective delivery option for those living nearby.
Home Delivery
Packages are delivered to the customer's doorstep for an additional fee of 10 €. If needed, you can request indoor delivery from our sales department at laatukaluste@laatukaluste.com
