The delivery time of the products is stated at the product ordering stage. The delivery time for stock products is 1-2 business days. If the product is not in stock, we try to indicate it as accurately as possible during the order phase. The delivery time for ordered goods always varies depending on the supplier and can be from a week to several months. When you order both stock and order products at the same time, we will send the entire shipment at once after all the goods have arrived in our warehouse. If there are changes to the delivery time estimate you receive, we will always notify you by email as soon as possible.
If the product is still in the collection, you should inquire about spare parts by email. Our products have a standard warranty according to the Consumer Protection Act, which varies by product. As a rule, at least 6 or 12 months.

Nivalan Laatukaluste Oy started operations in Nivala in 1988. Today, Nivala operates project sales and an online store warehouse as well as a dispatch office.
