Rookie is flexible and it adapts to each sitter, as the back and seat part of the chair are flexible. Rookie's seat and backrest are height adjustable. In addition to these classic task chair functions, other ergonomic features have been incorporated directly into the Rookie's construction: the backrest bends slightly when pressed, and the front edge of the seat is unusually flexible.
