The HAY Crate table has been given a new life thanks to the Rietveld Originals x HAY collaboration. The Dutch architect and designer Gerrit Rietveld originally designed the Crate collection back in 1934. The Crate product family was born at that time from the idea of ​​using extra wooden shipping boxes. Respecting this original idea and design, the Crate table shows with the new launch the same precisely balanced proportions, unapologetic structure, respect for the material and minimization of production costs.

The HAY Crate table has a lightly built table top, a sturdy frame and plenty of eating space. The table goes perfectly with the chairs and bench from the Crate series, but the simple look of the table also blends smoothly with other materials and styles. The Crate table made of solid pine is suitable for many indoor and outdoor spaces. If you want more space, there is also a longer 230 cm version of the table.
