The String System cabinet with lock is a newcomer to the extensive String System storage system. A cabinet with a lock works especially in work spaces and workplaces, where it is good to be able to safely retrieve important papers. Both doors of the locker open with a push-open mechanism and the locker on the right can be locked. The two shelves inside the cabinet can be placed at any height. Comes with two keys.

String System is an ingenious lightweight shelf system designed by the Swedish architect Nils Strinning already in 1947. A cabinet with a lock is one of the many parts of the String System shelving system. String shelving can be assembled according to your needs from ladder-like side panels, shelf plates of different sizes, magazine racks, drawers and cabinets. Nils Strinning designed the String shelving system in 1949. The product participated in a bookshelf design competition in Sweden and won it. The reason for the victory was the same reason why it is still very popular today. The shelves fit into a compact space and are easy to assemble and combine.
